Holiday Inn Express & Suites

Top service. I was able to get into my room at 10 am already. That was great after a long flight. Roms are clean and large.

After reading about other hotels in Ciudad Obregon being dirty, no hot water, hard beds, no breakfast, we opted to pay a few dollars more and stay here. Are we glad we did! Room is large, very clean, quiet, great views and breakfast is included. Comfy linens and pillows...great hotel!

Check in was easy and rooms were quite nice. I was on the 8th floor which I understand is new and I had no hot water at all for the entire stay. I asked about it once and was told to let the water run but I barely got warm. Didn't ask again about it. Outside of the second elevator breaking down the last day of my trip everything else was fine. Good location with a number of very good restaurants/food options within short walking distance. Rooms are modern and beds are very comfortable.

Great value! Hotel is new has a indoor lap pool a Jacuzzi and a set area lounge. Breakfast buffet for all guests and the rooms have a great AC system with nice window shades. If anything I'd suggest blackout shades added. Hallways are decorated with hints from the area and the location is on main street walking distance to small market restaurants a bowling alley across the street and some bars abd pubs a couple blocks away. A very safe area. The staff is amazing albeit could use some training to recognize intercontinental priority Rewards members. If there are rooms available go the extra mile and let the guest in. There is no hardline for 3pm check in. Note I was allowed in early but it took some guidance. In thr meantime I had an excellent time at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel Santo Filete. It opens for breakfast at 7am. There is a very complete pantry shop next to Lobby. I'll stay every chance I get.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds, good shower. Good breakfast.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Breakfasts were better than the typical IHG offering. This was greatly appreciated, as tourists we did not wish to wander too far. Overall we liked our experience and plan to return.

Centrally located , walking distance to restaurants. Staff was very friendly and rooms are very clean. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel friendly staff that goes above and beyond to help anyway they can. And the best free breakfast I have ever had at a hotel, and very clean.

I spent at the hotel three weeks, i can say that my stay was really pleasant. The location is nice, on the main road that goes trough Ciudad Obregon and near to a lot of shops and restaurants. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast was included and there is a nice variey of choices. There isn't a restaurant inside of the hotel, but, it is possible to use the room service by calling to the Santo filete restaurant that it is immediately outside of the hotel. The wi-fi connection was fine and i didn't have any problem while working or while watching some movie in streaming. It is nice the availability of a coffee machine and of some bags of coffee and tea that are provided free by the hotel every time you want one. I used also the free shuttle service to the airport that it is a great perk , specially if your flight, like mine, was very early in the morning. One thing that would make the stay perfect on this hotel would be the availability of a little fridge inside of the rooms.

I like this place a lot. The people who work there give all they got to help and make you happy. Bravo to all the workers at Holiday Inn Express
